I really liked this website while it was up. I know it was just a url shortener, but reading how they optimized it was really interesting, and I thought it was pretty nerdy. They also did the common-sense eye-saving thing and had a dark background with light text, something which really ought to be universal now that physically printing pages out is less common than digitally sending them.
