Sometimes when you're sleeping and you feel/hear something your brain makes it apart of your dream, ex your alarm clock goes off and your dream incorporates the noise into your fantasies.

Have you ever experienced this? If so what happened?

Sometimes the conversations of the people outside my rooms wake me up, and when I try to sleep again their conversations incorporate to my dreams, it's annoying and I hate when it happens, I can't really remember any right now, but I hate it.

My dad was yelling at my brother for interrupting him while he spoke… I had a dream Putin was in a car with someone and spoke in my dad's voice, saying it was very rude to interrupt.

I remember my father being implanted in the end of a dream I had many years ago because he was waking me up. It's the only actual part of the dream I remember clearly today.

One time, I heard my phone ringing. I woke up, grabbed my phone, but nothing, except immediately it rang with someone calling. I think maybe there's some subtle thing with the phone reacts to getting a call before explicitly ringing. I checked the call log, that was the first call. Maybe just coincidence.
Another time, I was out skiing, and then I heard my alarm. But I'm out skiing. So I must be dreaming. But I like skiing, so—alarm ringing and everything—I continue having fun in the dream. After probably half and hour in-dream (I'm aware that dream time or perceived time doesn't always coincide with real time), I figure I've had my fun, so I wake up. It's dark. The clock reads 2am. No alarm was set or went off.

Ever since I started sleeping differently, (Sleeping on the side while hugging a pillow, chest to between legs) I have more intimate dreams. Not really sexual kind of intimate, but dreams were I interact more with my subjects. Hugging, for example, is a bit more common in my dreams.

I had a dream that my karate teacher was saying something. When I opened one eye, I saw my mom talking on the phone and realized that what my karate teacher was saying was actually what my mom was saying. I could still see him talking with my other eye, until I opened it.

This happens to me a lot, but it usually happens when I have music or a stream playing on my phone from when I went to sleep. It isn't something I enjoy most of the time which wakes me up; the media drifts from where it started for one reason or another.

Once dreamt my feet were stuck in a meat grinder, and I was strugging to get them out. When I eventually woke up, my cat was playing with my feet.

When I was in high school I would sleep in class, but like a light half-sleep, I was awake but floating away. Hard to describe. The teacher's words would combine with the dream and new meanings would be given to the words. It's incredibly hard to describe but its like the process of hearing words and interpreting their meaning was parsed through dream logic. It would rearrange the meanings of sentences into new meanings, often with meanings personal to me, like the dream was communicating via the words of others. It was so strange. It was some of the best dreaming I've ever had, I really miss it. Also interestingly I did really well in that class because I think I still absorbed the information really well, maybe even better because I was closely analyzing it. Whenever he would wake me and ask me a question I would get it right lol.

I have an awful habit of letting my alarm incorporate itself into my sleep. Its the strangest thing, like I could be dreaming about my alarm going off and me being annoyed by it, but it literally is going off

>your alarm clock goes off and your dream incorporates the noise into your fantasies
Yes, I believe this happened to me yesterday (I tend to forget my dreams more quickly lately). IIRC the sound just sort of "transformed" into some other sound in my dream.

I came across a piano and when I touched the keys I could feel the weight of them, the note were the same as a regular piano, so I spent the rest of the night practicing on it.
I don't play the piano so this was interesting to me to come across

That's a really nice dream. I hope I come across a dream like this at some point. I'm not really motivated like i used to be to practice an instrument nowadays.

My neighbor's dog barks a lot and is annoying as hell. Sometimes I guess when it barks loud closer to my home it affects my dreams. I'll occasionally get attacked by dogs out of nowhere in some of my dreams.

I was half asleep, and I heard my dad say hi to me in the dream a split second before he said hi in real life.

It's when I'm on the edge of consciousness that I have the best ideas, yet have trouble remembering them when I fully wake.

I think being on the edge of consciousness gives you superpowers
