Hello /dr/eamers!

Lately I have been dreaming a lot about my workplace. A strange reoccurring dream I can recall is falling asleep on the job and waking up like 30 minutes before my shift ends. I wake up to absolutely nothing having been done and I have to do a full day's of work within half an hour.

It's not quite a nightmare, but it isn't very pleasant either. What could it mean?

Not yo hijack your thread, but that sentence just hit me. It describes so many of my dreams, these giant "things" that just sort-of are. If I were to describe most to people they'd come across sounding like nightmares, but they bascially aren't? Just, stressful or strange.

sounds like it's an expression of stress or anxiety, sort of like the classic "you have to do something in front of an audience but you're naked" type of dream, op. I've had those before.
You probably need to let yourself unwind at home a little more and do something to take care of whatever's especially stressful at work
